Avs defenseman Adam Foote (Box 10) sat out on Saturday's game to rest an aching hip. The Avalanche still managed to win the game against Dallas and they are expecting to have their veteran blueliner back for their game on Sunday. The Avalanche are still undefeated since the trade deadline.
