The Senators welcomed back their captain on Thursday night and just in time, too. Daniel Alfredsson (Clayton) was re-inserted into the line-up after missing four games with a sore back & back spasms. Alfredsson, a strong performer against the Habs this season, managed to pick up an assist in the 2-0 win over Montreal. Barring any setbacks over the next couple days, Alfredsson should still be in the line-up when the team hits the ice in Carolina to take on the Hurricanes on Sunday.
