The Avalanche missed out on a couple of their big guns last night in Calgary. Paul Statsny (Wes) missed the game due to a bit of the flu and Peter Forsberg (Wes) rested his sore groin in the match-up. The Avalanche lost, 2-1, in the key divisional game. The Avalanche now move on to Edmonton for a Saturday afternoon matinee game against the Oilers. No word yet if either player will be back in the line-up.
