A knee sprain claims another goaltender this week. Last night, Capitals back-up Brent Johnson (Box 24) left the game versus Pittsburgh with the injury. The injury will have the keeper out of the line-up for up to 4 weeks. He wasn't taken at all in the Selection Sheet pool, so no one on the standings will necessarily miss him. Expect Fredric Cassivi (non-pool) to be called up to take his place.
On another minor injury note, Alexander Ovechkin (Clayton) left the game with a leg laceration, but is considered alright and should be good to go on the weekend.
