Richards Leaves Game

The Lightning suffered a blow last night to their forward ranks, as Brad Richards (Dale C.) fell awkwardly into the boards in the game against Toronto on Monday and left it with a leg/knee injury. There was still no indication to the actual severity of the injury, but it sounds as though the injury isn't major and at worst, he'll only miss tonight's game against Montreal. Nothing has been denyed or confirmed though.

Richards has been having quite a good little season so far... in the first 30 games, he has 28 points. He isn't quite ripping it up like some of his teammates, but he certainly isn't a bad pick in the pool.
