The Oilers received some good news on Friday in regards to their top forward, Ales Hemsky (Dennis).
The Oilers learned that there was no structural damage to Hemsky's knee after a knee-on-knee collision in their game versus the Blackhawks. There were fears that it could have been major ligament damage from a collision like that, but it looks like Hemsky will be cleared to return once the swelling is down and some of the pain goes away.
