A spell of knee swelling will keep Rangers captain Chris Drury at home during the start of the team's current road trip, expected to miss tonight in Montreal and on Monday night in Detroit. Drury, who has missed a good number of games with a couple of finger injuries this season, is just scheduled to miss these two games on the trip and should be good for a return to the line-up on Friday in Atlanta. I would imagine the team will return home for practice, where the Box 22 forward will get back into action.
Going home to be with the missus for child birth was the reason why Eric Brewer missed out the Blues' game against the Oilers on Friday night. Assuming all goes well in labour, I would expect to see Brewer back in the Blues line-up on Sunday afternoon in Tampa Bay, likely with a little extra hop to his step.
