Well, we'll be having our first Waiver Draft during Week Eight of the season, as we count down the numbers to the first jersey prize of the season. We will then have our second Waiver Draft during Week Sixteen, leaving us all ten weeks with our finalized roster to see who wins, not only the third jersey prize, but the whole pot as well. That's a pretty good idea, eh?
Speaking of jersey prizes... I just did the tracking, they left Vancouver yesterday, so I'm expecting them any day now.
Nevertheless, speaking more about the Waiver Draft, I have put together a list of all the leading point-getters per position that are available for the Waiver Draft in a month's time. Week Eight officially starts on November 16th and will run through to November 22nd. I would like to have the whole Waiver Draft completed before the 22nd, so I have it all set-up and ready to go for the 23rd.
You can find the list of available players here through this link or on the standings page. For now, it will be updated on an irregular basis, leading up to the final days before the Waiver Draft itself.
If you haven't participated in the Waiver Draft before, it's really straight forward. The order will be the bottom team to the top team in two rounds of picking. Every team will have the opportunity to drop a player and pick one up in his position per round. That's about it.
