Ott Suspended Two Games

It appears that Steve Ott has not gotten away with his low hit on Blues defenseman Carlo Colaiacovo on the weekend, as the NHL has suspended the Dallas forward for two games. This means that Ott will miss the games against Toronto at home on Wednesday and Friday's home game against the Panthers. He will be eligible to return on Saturday when the Stars visit the Predators.

ImplicationsAs discovered earlier in the season, Ott was not a popular pick in Box 5 of the Sheet pool. He was not taken in a box which was popularized by Alex Burrows (8 picks), Steve Sullivan (7 picks) and Rene Bourque (6 picks).
