Well, with the acquisition of Andrew Ebbett, it looks like Jack Skille will be down in the minors for an extended period of time now. Skille was making the transactions page on a very regular basis, being sent down and being called up for games to help avoid cap problems, but it appears that Ebbett will be taking a fourth line role with the team, effectively taking Skille's spot.The Blackhawks will play host to the Canucks on Wednesday.
It's a tale of two players on the Sheet, one taking the job away from another one. On the plus side, this whole set of transactions doesn't mean much to anyone, because neither player is active on the Sheet. Skille was taken once already this year, but he was dropped for someone in a trade.
