Despite getting the win in St. Louis last night, the Oilers are still losing guys before they are coming back into the line-up it seems. Already without Ales Hemsky (Dennis) for the evening, the Oilers lost their big investment again, it seeems.
Sheldon Souray (Marcus) left last night's game against the Blues with what looks like a re-aggrevation of his shoulder injury that he suffered in the first few games of the season. The Oilers have sent the defender home to get his shoulder evaluated, so there isn't any final word to how long he may be out of the line-up for.
Souray has already missed 25 games with this shoulder injury and it isn't very likely that Marcus, or the 5 teams that have in the Sheet, would appreciate their big scoring defender on the shelf again. Marcus was on a roll up the Standings before this happened, so the sooner the better for Souray's return.
