The Wild are not expecting to have Owen Nolan in their line-up tonight against the Canucks in Vancouver, due to a lower-body injury, which is giving the veteran forward a limp in his step. Nolan has seven goals and six assists for the Wild this season in 31 games played, playing more as a depth/role player in the line-up. Nathan Smith is expected to check-in for the Wild in his place.
Nolan is a Box 6 forward in the Sheet pool, where he wasn't taken at all this season. His 13 points leaves him well behind the box leader, Dustin Penner, so I don't expect Nolan to be picked up this season.
