Sheet Scratches

It looks as though Adam Pardy was a healthy scratch for the Flames against the Wild on Friday night. Pardy has been a solid defenseman over the past five games, so it does seem a little strange that he was kept out of the line-up and Staffan Kronwall was inserted back in. Pardy was a +1 against the Thrashers on Wednesday night, but there he was, in the press box on Friday night.

The Sharks decided to rest Box 13 defenseman, Doug Murray, because of a lower-body injury, which he suffered on Wednesday after a collision with teammate, Dany Heatley. Murray wasn't deemed fit to play against the Stars on Friday night, but he might be okay to go against the Coyotes on Saturday night.
