The Canucks took care of some paperwork by signing gritty forward Tanner Glass to a new 1-year deal worth $625,000 on a one way deal. Glass played in 67 games for the Canucks in 2010, scoring 4 goals and 7 assists in a 4th line role with the team, also picking up 115 minutes in penalties this past season. He isn't much of a fantasy player on the team, but he does give some minutes to the Canucks line-up, some of which are desperately needed when the big guns are tired. With a +5 plus/minus rating, he certainly wasn't a liability there.
11 points is way too deep to be thinking fantasy player, but 115 minutes could be a spark to a pool that counts them for your team. He made it into enough games to count as a regular, so I would be expecting a lot of the same from him in 2011.
