Sobotka Signs in St. Louis

Also coming out of St. Louis is news that they have signed Vladimir Sobotka, a restricted free agent forward that they acquired from Boston last week at the Draft. Sobotka, an energy 3rd liner, signed a 1-year deal worth $750,000, which is a pretty good deal for the Blues, as they lock up a little bit more depth with this deal.

In 2010, he scored 4 goals and added 6 assists in 61 games for the Bruins and was a pest to play with.  He should fit in well with the Blues, but I don't expect much more scoring to come out of him any time soon.
