Minor signing sees the Ottawa Senators re-sign restricted free agent forward Jesse Winchester to a new 2-year deal worth $750,000 per season. Winchester played in 52 games for the Senators and picked up 13 points, not much of a fantasy player from that stand point, but is a roster player that has re-signed. Look for him in the new team table and salary cap figures soon.
