Hurricanes Get Babchuk Back

The Hurricanes are going to play 'remember me' with Anton Babchuk, who signed to a new 1-year, $1.4 million deal on Thursday. Babchuk, a restricted free agent, played in Russian in 2010 and will make his return to the Hurricanes to try and infuse some offense from the blueline.

In 2009, Babchuk's last season in the NHL, he topped out at 35 points in 72 games, which is a pretty good clip for a defenseman in the league. He might come out of nowhere and give someone a really good pick-up in your fantasy draft. I would rate him well going into the draft, personally.
