It's not a trade, but the Red Wings did make a move that makes them much tougher as they near the end of the regular season. The Wings signed Unrestricted Free Agent, Darren McCarty (non-pool) on Monday, to help complete his comeback to the NHL. McCarty will start his second stint with the Red Wings after a 14-day conditioning stint in the AHL and then will join the team to help police all the hitting around the team's superstars.| Technorati Tags NHL, Hockey, Hockey Pool |
