It looks as though the Islanders will be missing one of their veteran players for the next few weeks due to a hip injury. Mike Sillinger's (Box 14) actual injury was not described in full detail, but team did make a point that he'll be out for three weeks or so.He hasn't been taken in the Sheet pool, so he'll only be missed by the Islanders... not the pool.
