Retirement Beckons Drake

Well, it's a good time to call it a career, after you win the Stanley Cup. Joining fellow Cup winner, Dominik Hasek, in the line-up for the shuffle board, Dallas Drake has decided to take his leave after 16 seasons in the NHL.

Drake managed to play over 1,000 games in the NHL, but never really caught on as a big pool contributor through his career. His career high in points was 45, back in 1999/2000 in Phoenix. His value stemmed from his solid play at both ends of the ice and his leadership.
