Leafs Acquire Grabovski

The Toronto Maple Leafs made a move to get a little younger in their regular line-up by making a deal with rivals, the Canadiens, in order to acquire forward Mikhail Grabovski. Going the other way is the Leafs' 5th round pick this summer and a second round pick two summers from now.

The Maple Leafs don't seem to be solving many problems with this trade, as Grabovski has failed to establish himself with the Habs in the past couple of seasons. He's been a staple in the Hamilton Bulldogs line-up in the AHL and there's just as good of a chance he'll end up down with the Toronto Marlies before it's all said and done. I will say this, however, that the Maple Leafs might be an easier line-up to crack with all of these changes they have been making, but Grabovski will have to bring his A-game for it.
