A lower-body injury, thought to be his leg, is likely going to keep Rostislav Klesla out of the Blue Jackets line-up on Tuesday night, as the team takes on the Ducks at home. Klesla was seen favouring his leg after taking a hard hit into the boards on the weekend. He's likely day-to-day and that likely means that Anton Stralman will figure back into the line-up.
The Ottawa Senators are going to scratch Filip Kuba on Tuesday night, as they take on the Buffalo Sabres in their last game before the All-Star break. Kuba has been criticized by the Senators coaching staff for not being assertive enough on the ice. Kuba only has 4 assists in 32 games this year for the Senators, so if it wasn't going to be for his style of play, a reasonable assumption would be his offensive output is worthy enough for a healthy scratch nod. Maybe an extended break for the defender will get his game back on track.
