Future Considerations |
If the Jeff Halpern deal earlier in the day wasn't evidence enough for you that the Kings wanted to make an effort for the Cup, the addition of Fredrik Modin to the fold as a rental player was definitely going to help that along. Modin is a well-traveled winger in his NHL career, but has had some injury problems this year, but under the right circumstances, he should be a helpful piece of the puzzle in Los Angeles.
The question I have here is whether or not the Kings have the talent down the middle to work with Modin, making him a better acquisition and a helpful piece of the puzzle.
