The Rangers continue sit on the outside looking in when it comes to major signings. So, another minor one will have to do for the moment. Patrick Rissmiller, formerly of the Sharks, signed a deal with the Rangers, terms not disclosed. Rissmiller had 17 points (8G, 9A) in 79 games last season. He'll likely be a good third liner for the Rangers, but isn't likely to figure into many hockey pool teams.
