Rolston Deals With the Devils

The Devils added some scoring on free agent frenzy day by signing winger Brian Rolston to a 4-year, $20 million deal. Rolston, originally drafted by the Devils, returns to pack some punch in the Atlantic Division. The Devils have also reportedly added centre Bobby Holik back into the squad. Holik was a Devil for 10 seasons from 1992 to 2002.

Rolston scored 31 goals and added 28 assists in 81 games for the Minnesota Wild last season and his offense will likely help their anemic offense that only scored 206 goals.

Holik is more of a defensive centerman, who really made a name for himself in New Jersey before signing a huge deal in the Big Apple. He managed to play in all 82 games last season, scoring 15 goals and adding 19 assists.
